HOW TO OBTAIN A PRICE QUOTE
IF YOUR QUOTE WAS NOT RECEIVED
FROM THE PRICE CALCULATOR
The purpose of this page is to give you an alternative method of obtaining a price quote for your shelving design if you don't receive an e-mail response containing your custom price quote within 20 minutes after submitting the form on the
Quick Quote Price Calculator page.
If you have waited 20 minutes after submitting the form and you still haven't received your price quote by e-mail, follow the steps below and HouseWerks' Customer Service staff will provide assistance.
- Re-enter your selections
on the Quick Quote Price Calculator form.

After you have submitted the form, stay on the page that is automatically displayed, which is the Price Quote Summary. You need to send all of the information displayed on this page to HouseWerks. The Price Quote Summary page lists all of the options that you selected on the form for your shelving design.

To capture electronically all of the text on the Price Quote Summary Page to include in your e-mail, first depress the "Ctrl" key and the "a" key at the same time while on the Summary Page. This should highlight all of the text on the page. When text is highlighted it is displayed as a colored block, usually blue. Then depress the "Ctrl" key and the "c" key at the same time. This will capture the text.
- Open your e-mail utility
and place the cursor in the body of the e-mail (where your message is entered). Depress the "Ctrl" key and the "v" key at the same time. This will place a copy of the Summary Page in your e-mail.

On the subject line, enter the following text or something similar:
RESPONSE NOT RECEIVED FROM QUICK QUOTE
- Send the e-mail
to HouseWerks at: price-quote-problems@housewerks.com

HouseWerks will send your price quote to you by e-mail. You may request that the quote be sent by any of the following methods:

Price quote included in the body of the e-mail [the price quote may be difficult to read because the line lengths in the e-mail may be different than in the attached file formats]

Price quote included as an attachment to the e-mail. The attached file can be formatted in any of the following formats:

Microsoft Word (MS-Word) as a .doc file,

WordPerfect as a .wpd file, or
-
Text file as a .txt file.
You will receive your price quote within 24 hours.
