MATERIALS DEPOSIT After HouseWerks receives your order, you will receive an e-mail with an invoice for your shelving order and a link for paying a non-refundable Materials Deposit. The amount of the deposit depends upon the options selected and total price of your shelving unit. The Materials Deposit payment is to be made after your order has been submitted and received by HouseWerks. Orders are not scheduled for construction until the Materials Deposit has been received by HouseWerks. 25% Deposit is required if:   Total price of the order is $600 or more and   Shelves and vertical supports are either Unfinished or have the Clear Lacquer Finish applied 35% Deposit is required if:   Total price of the order is $500 or more, but less than $600 and   Shelves and vertical supports are either Unfinished or have the Clear Lacquer Finish applied 45% Deposit is required if:   Total price of the order is $400 or more, but less than $500 or   Shelves or vertical supports have either the Colored Lacquer Finish or the Stained and Lacquered Finish applied. 55% Deposit is required if:   Total price of the order is $300 or more, but less than $400 65% Deposit is required if:   Shelving specifications submitted by the customer is designated by HouseWerks as a Risky Design 100% Deposit  -  Payment in Full is required if:    Total price of the order is less than $300.00.
