TOEKICK BOARD OPTIONS
FOR LAMINATE WOODS
You may choose any of the hardwood laminated woods listed below for your toekick boards. All boards are 0.75" thick.
EXAMPLE OF CALCULATING PRICE OF LAMINATE TOEKICK BOARDS
For the example, assume the following:
- Maple has been selected as the wood for the toekick boards,
- Front toekick board is to be 7.5" in height and 80" in length, and
- Two side toekick boards are to be 7.5" in height and 11.5" in length.
Front Board (7.5" X 80.0") = 600.00 square inches
Side Board (7.5 X 11.5") = 86.25 square inches
Side Board (7.5 X 11.5") = 86.25 square inches
TOTAL AREA OF WOOD = 772.50 square inches
[772.5 square inches = 5.36 square feet]
Price of Maple per square foot = $5.95
TOTAL PRICE (5.36 sq. ft. X $5.95) = $31.89
