HouseWerks agrees to use customer information for the sole purpose of sending: price quotes, CAD drawings, samples, invoices, photographs, notice of price changes, and shipments of shelving to customers, and other solicited communications from customers.
2. Non-Solicitation Clause
HouseWerks promises to never solicit unwelcome business communications with our customers. HouseWerks will only contact customers by telephone, e-mail, or in writing in response to requests for information from the customer.
3. Protection of Customer Information
It is the policy of custom-shelving.com to never give customer information to any outside party.
4. Customer Agreement
Customer agrees to not hold custom-shelving.com liable for any injury or damage involving custom-shelving.com products or services.
5. Services
custom-shelving.com builds custom hardwood shelving to customer's specifications. Design services are offered at no cost to the customer.
6. Standard Service Statement
custom-shelving.com gives the following Standard Service, and reserves the right to alter such Standard Service:
- Assistance in designing custom hardwood shelving, and
- Fabrication, assembly, and shipment of custom shelving units ordered by customer.
